In all my years of driving, I have never been treated as well as I have been, as with Ringwood Mazda. From the lovely reception and the booking team. To the amazing service area, mechanics and detail crew, what an exceptional winning team they are at Ringwood. I need to also commend Ian in the service area, who patiently went through any concerns I had, in preparation for my service. Then on the pick-up, go through in detail the work that was carried out and then guide me through, with operational instructions that I was unsure about with my car, to give me a clearer understanding that I just could not work out from the car manual. I have never had this type of assistance from any major dealership and I really appreciate the effort they have put into their customer service and with the times I have had to ask for help, I really cannot speak highly enough.
