This was my first time getting a car serviced in Australia at any service centre, and I wasn’t sure what to ask or what to expect. The process here is quite different from what I was used to in my home country, so it was a completely new experience for me. However, I met a staff member named Ian King at this service centre, and I have rarely come across someone so patient, calm, and composed. He listened to all my queries and confusion with great patience and answered what must have been hundreds of questions. At no point did he show any sign of disapproval or impatience. Not only did he do his job thoroughly, but he also made sure everything that my car actually needed was taken care of - without suggesting anything unnecessary. He did not overcommit himself and instead focused properly on the tasks he had taken on, ensuring they were completed to a high standard. Words are not enough to fully express my appreciation. As a first-time customer, this was exactly the kind of support I needed, and I truly value the experience. It will definitely help me with future services, and I will always look out for Ian King whenever I visit Ringwood Mazda Service. Thank you for your service, mate.
