What really stood out was how proactive and committed he was. He kept us updated every step of the way, organised a loan car so we weren’t inconvenienced, and genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for us. Even though we were a few months outside the warranty period, Shane went above and beyond by requesting the repairs under goodwill, which we truly appreciated.
