Ringwood Mazda x LEGO® Eastland – Pokémon LEGO® Smart Play Prize Pack Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Ringwood Mazda, Ringwood Trading Pty Ltd, 30 108 660 347], of 395 Maroondah Highway, Ringwood, Victoria 3134 (“Promoter”).
The prize has been generously provided by LEGO® Eastland. LEGO® Eastland is not responsible for the collection or use of entrant personal information for Ringwood Mazda marketing purposes.
2. Promotional Period
The promotion is open exclusively to eligible attendees of Eastland Footy Fest at Eastland, Ringwood, Victoria on Friday 25 September 2026.
Entries open at 10:00am AEST on Friday 25 September 2026 and close at 2:00pm AEST on Friday 25 September 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are physically present at Eastland Footy Fest during the Promotional Period.
Persons under 18 years of age are not eligible to enter in their own name. If a person under 18 wishes to participate, the entry must be submitted by their parent or legal guardian using the parent or legal guardian’s own details. The parent or legal guardian will be deemed the entrant and, if selected, the prize winner.
Employees and immediate family members of Ringwood Mazda, LEGO® Eastland and any agencies or suppliers directly associated with the conduct of this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period:

Scan the promotional QR code displayed at the Ringwood Mazda Pop-Up at Eastland Footy Fest;

Complete the online entry form with all required details, including a valid name, mobile phone number and email address; and

Submit the completed entry form before 2:00pm on Friday 25 September 2026.
Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. Limit of one (1) entry per person.
Incomplete, duplicate, automated, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.
5. Marketing Communications
By entering the promotion and providing the required marketing consent, entrants agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from Ringwood Mazda, including by email and SMS.
These communications may include information about Ringwood Mazda vehicles, products, services, offers, promotions, competitions, events and dealership news.
Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe facility provided in the relevant communication.
Withdrawing marketing consent after a valid entry has been submitted will not invalidate the entrant’s entry into the promotion.
Entrant details collected through this promotion will not be provided to LEGO® Eastland for LEGO® Eastland’s own marketing purposes.
6. Prize
There is one (1) prize to be won.
The prize is a Pokémon LEGO® Smart Play Prize Pack valued at over AUD $1,000, gifted by LEGO® Eastland.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The prize is subject to availability. If any component of the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute that component in accordance with applicable law.
7. Winner Draw
The winner will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
The random draw will take place on Monday 28 September 2026 at 11am at Ringwood Mazda.
Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
The winner does not need to be present at the draw.
8. Winner Notification
The provisional winner will be contacted on Monday 28 September 2026 at 12pm using the mobile phone number supplied with their entry.
If the Promoter is unable to contact the provisional winner by telephone, the Promoter will also attempt to contact them using the email address supplied with their entry.
The Promoter may require the provisional winner to provide reasonable proof of identity, age, residency and eligibility before the prize is awarded.
9. Winner Publication
Where required by Victorian law, the winner’s name will be published online in accordance with applicable requirements.
By entering the promotion, entrants acknowledge that the winner’s name may be published for the purpose of complying with applicable trade promotion requirements.
10. Unclaimed Prize and Redraw
The winner must respond to the Promoter within one (1) day of the initial notification and provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and arrange collection of the prize.
If the provisional winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, does not respond within the required period, is found to be ineligible or otherwise cannot accept the prize, the Promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries in accordance with applicable law.
The redraw winner will be contacted using the telephone number and/or email address supplied with their entry.
11. Prize Collection
The prize will be available for collection from Ringwood Mazda, or as otherwise arranged directly between the Promoter and the confirmed winner.
The winner may be required to provide photographic identification when collecting the prize.
Any costs associated with travelling to or from the prize collection location are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
12. Personal Information
Ringwood Mazda collects entrants’ personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, conducting the prize draw, contacting the winner and, where the entrant has provided consent, sending Ringwood Mazda marketing communications.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Ringwood Mazda’s Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy and electronic marketing laws.
Entrant personal information may be disclosed to service providers engaged by Ringwood Mazda where reasonably necessary to administer the promotion, operate the entry platform, contact the winner or deliver authorised communications.
Personal information collected through this promotion will not be shared with LEGO® Eastland for LEGO® Eastland’s own marketing purposes.
Entrants may unsubscribe from Ringwood Mazda marketing communications at any time.
13. Verification and Invalid Entries
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who provides false or misleading information, tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, attempts to obtain an unfair advantage or otherwise interferes with the fair conduct of the promotion.
14. General Conditions
If the promotion cannot proceed as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion to the extent permitted by law.
The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received due to technical failures, network interruptions or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
The Promoter’s decisions relating to the administration of the promotion, validity of entries and verification of the winner are final, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
15. LEGO® and Pokémon Intellectual Property
LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group.
Pokémon and related names, characters, trademarks and intellectual property are owned by their respective rights holders.
The use of LEGO® and Pokémon names and intellectual property in connection with the promotion is subject to any applicable requirements or approvals of the relevant rights holders.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an entry, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and satisfy the eligibility requirements of the promotion.
No purchase is necessary. Entry is free.
