Ringwood Mazda August Promotional Terms & Conditions
1: Gift Choice Offer
Promotional Period: Valid from 01/08/2026 to 31/08/2026 (“Promotional Period”).
Eligibility: Offer applies strictly to retail customers who purchase an eligible New, Demonstrator, or Pre-owned vehicle during the Promotional Period and take delivery on or before 31/08/2026.
Exclusions: Fleet, Government, Rental buyers and wholesale transactions are excluded.
Offer Selection: Eligible customers may select ONE (1) of the following four (4) promotional gifts at the time of purchase:

1. + Blackvue Elite+ Gold Front & Rear Dashcam

2. ~ 4 Years / 60,000km Free Scheduled Servicing

+ Blackvue Elite+ Gold Front & Rear Dashcam: Includes supply and standard installation of a Blackvue Elite+ Gold 2-Channel (Front & Rear) Dashcam by Ringwood Mazda. Covers standard professional installation only. Any non-standard mounting requirements, additional hardwire battery packs, or aftermarket modifications requiring non-standard labour may incur additional charges payable by the customer.

~ 4 Years/60,000km Scheduled Servicing: Covers up to 4 standard scheduled services or 60,000km (whichever occurs first) as outlined in the manufacturer’s service schedule. Excludes wear-and-tear items (e.g., tyres, brake pads, wiper blades, wheel alignments), non-routine maintenance, or repairs. Servicing must be performed exclusively at Ringwood Mazda. Offer valid strictly for vehicles with an odometer reading of less than 10,000 kilometres at the time of delivery. Vehicles purchased with 10,000 km or greater on the odometer are ineligible for 4 Years/60,000km Free Scheduled Servicing.

* $1,000 BP Fuel Voucher: Issued upon full vehicle settlement and delivery. Redeemable only for fuel and eligible store purchases at participating BP retail service stations across Australia. Non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and strictly cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credit balance. Subject to the third-party issuer's standard terms, conditions, and statutory expiry period (minimum 3 years from date of issuance). Ringwood Mazda is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdirected physical or electronic vouchers once delivered to the customer.

# $1,000 Grocery Voucher: Issued upon full vehicle settlement and delivery. Redeemable for in-store purchases of eligible goods and services at either Coles or Woolworths Supermarket. Non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and strictly cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Subject to the third-party issuer's standard terms, conditions, and expiry period (minimum 3 years / up to 4 years from date of issuance). Ringwood Mazda accepts no liability for lost, stolen, expired, or damaged gift cards.

2. * Finance Fuel Bonus
Eligibility: Customers who finance their vehicle purchase through Ringwood Mazda during the promotional period may be eligible for an additional $500 Fuel Voucher.
Conditions: Offer is strictly subject to finance approval and lender credit criteria. Applicable only to approved finance contracts settled through Ringwood Mazda during the Promotional Period. BP fuel vouchers are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash or price reduction, and subject to the issuer’s usage conditions.

3. ^ $2,000 Minimum Trade-In Offer
Eligibility: Applies to customers trading in a qualifying vehicle with the purchase of an in-stock vehicle at Ringwood Mazda between 01/08/2026 and 31/08/2026.
Vehicle Criteria: The trade-in vehicle must meet all of the following requirements:

• Currently registered, drivable and roadworthy.

• Free from hail damage, major structural damage and not listed on the statutory write-off register (WOVR).

• Free of all financial encumbrances and unencumbered at the time of transfer.

Trade-in vehicles are subject to physical inspection and valuation by Ringwood Mazda. The minimum trade-in allowance may be adjusted or withdrawn if the vehicle condition differs materially from the customer’s disclosure. Not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers unless explicitly approved with Ringwood Mazda.
