During the Promotional Period, eligible retail customers who purchase a new, demonstrator or eligible pre-owned Mazda vehicle from Ringwood Mazda may receive the following offers, subject to the individual terms and conditions: + $500 Car Care Voucher, + $500 Genuine Accessories Voucher, * $500 Fuel Voucher when financing through Ringwood Mazda, ^ $2,000 Minimum Trade-In Allowance, subject to the eligibility criteria below and ~ 50% off  Peace of Mind Package (Nakama Club Membership). The offers apply strictly to retail customers who purchase an eligible new, demonstrator or pre-owned Mazda vehicle from Ringwood Mazda during the Promotional Period and take delivery of the vehicle on or before September 26 2026. Promotional offers may only apply to selected pre-owned vehicles and may be subject to additional eligibility criteria, including a requirement for the vehicle to have travelled less than 10,000 kilometres where applicable. Eligibility may vary between individual offers. Customers must confirm with a Ringwood Mazda salesperson whether their selected pre-owned vehicle qualifies for the applicable promotional offer(s) prior to purchase. Offers are subject to vehicle availability and applicable offer conditions. Fleet, Government, Rental, wholesale and other non-retail transactions are excluded. Offers are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. ~ 50% Off Peace of Mind Package: Eligible customers who purchase an eligible new, demonstrator or pre-owned (under 10,000km) vehicle from Ringwood Mazda during the Promotional Period may receive 50% off the applicable membership price of Ringwood Mazda’s Peace of Mind Package (Nakama Club Membership). The Peace of Mind Package is available to eligible customers who purchase a new, demonstrator or pre-owned Mazda vehicle from Ringwood Mazda. The package is available to private buyers only. Fleet, Government and Rental vehicles are excluded. The 50% discount applies to the applicable Peace of Mind Package membership price quoted by Ringwood Mazda at the time of purchase. Any one-off or ongoing membership cost applicable to the customer will be confirmed by the Ringwood Mazda salesperson at the time of purchase. Membership and associated benefits are exclusive to Ringwood Mazda and cannot be transferred to another dealer. The package and its associated benefits are not refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Ringwood Mazda’s 10 Year Warranty and 10 Year Roadside Assistance, where applicable, are provided by Integrity Car Care commencing from the purchase date. The warranty is transferable to subsequent private owners, subject to Ringwood Mazda’s approval and completion of required transfer documentation. Coverage is subject to compliance with applicable servicing requirements. Full warranty terms and conditions are available from Ringwood Mazda. The Peace of Mind Package and its associated benefits are subject to the applicable program terms and conditions and any relevant third-party terms and conditions. Ringwood Mazda reserves the right to vary, withdraw or cancel the package and its associated benefits at its discretion, subject to applicable law. + $500 Car Care Voucher and $500 Genuine Accessories Voucher: Eligible customers who purchase an eligible new, demonstrator or pre-owned Mazda vehicle during the Promotional Period will receive a $500 Car Care Voucher, redeemable at Ringwood Mazda towards eligible car care, protection or aftercare products and services; and a $500 Genuine Accessories Voucher, redeemable at Ringwood Mazda towards eligible Mazda Genuine Accessories. Each voucher must be included in the customer’s Contract of Sale at the time of purchase and is valid for use by the original purchaser only. The vouchers are valid at Ringwood Mazda only, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and cannot be used to reduce the purchase price of the vehicle. The vouchers must be redeemed in accordance with the applicable voucher terms and conditions and within any applicable validity period specified on the voucher. The $500 Car Care Voucher may only be redeemed against eligible car care, protection or aftercare products and services offered by Ringwood Mazda. The $500 Genuine Accessories Voucher may only be redeemed against eligible Mazda Genuine Accessories supplied and fitted by Ringwood Mazda. Any unused voucher balance is forfeited and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or transferred. Vouchers cannot be combined with any other voucher, discount or promotional offer unless expressly approved by Ringwood Mazda. The vouchers are subject to vehicle availability, product availability and the applicable terms of the relevant voucher. *$500 Fuel Voucher – Finance Offer: Eligible customers who finance their vehicle purchase through Ringwood Mazda during the Promotional Period may receive a $500 Fuel Voucher. The offer is available only to customers who purchase an eligible vehicle during the Promotional Period, apply for finance through Ringwood Mazda, and have their finance application approved and finance contract settled during the Promotional Period. The offer is strictly subject to lender approval, applicable credit criteria and the terms and conditions of the relevant finance provider. The Fuel Voucher will be issued following full vehicle settlement and delivery. The voucher is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, not redeemable as a reduction of the vehicle purchase price, and subject to the third-party issuer’s terms and conditions, including any applicable expiry period. Ringwood Mazda is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or misdirected vouchers once issued or delivered to the customer. ^$2,000 Minimum Trade-In Offer: Eligible customers may receive a minimum trade-in allowance of $2,000 when trading in an eligible vehicle towards the purchase of an eligible in-stock vehicle from Ringwood Mazda during the Promotional Period. To qualify, the trade-in vehicle must be: currently registered; drivable and roadworthy; free from hail damage and major structural damage; not listed on the Written-Off Vehicle Register (WOVR) or applicable statutory write-off register; and free from all financial encumbrances at the time of transfer. All trade-in vehicles are subject to physical inspection and valuation by Ringwood Mazda. The $2,000 minimum trade-in allowance may be adjusted or withdrawn where the vehicle does not meet the stated eligibility requirements, where its condition differs materially from information provided by the customer, or where the vehicle is otherwise deemed ineligible by Ringwood Mazda. The minimum trade-in allowance is applied to the eligible vehicle purchase and is not redeemable for cash. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with another offer unless expressly approved by Ringwood Mazda.
